Story :
Rekha and her sister Aradhana stay with their Father David. They are a very liberal Family.
Aradhana gets married in a joint family. This family has strict rules imposed by the
mother-in-law –Dina Pathak. Ashok Kumar her Father-in-law, is very good-natured.
Ashok Kumar and Dina Pathak have four sons, the elder son is married to Shashikala,
and they have a daughter. The second son married Aradhana, Rekha’s sister.
The third son Rakesh Roshan is a doctor, and the youngest son Ranjeet Chaudhary is studying. The
fun starts when Rekha visits their house and makes the family members rebel against
all the rules, which were half-heartedly followed by all of them. Rakesh Roshan loves
Rekha wants to marry her, but his mother Dina Pathak rejects her. All ends well on a
positive note.

Story :
Sanjay Dutt had taken a loan from Paresh Rawal and is unable to pay it. He enters
Urmila Matondkar’s house, as their relative NRI to steal money from her house.
Urmila lives in a joint family in a big house. Urmila is a simple introvert girl.
Sanjay influences her and does her make-over. Gradually they fall in love.
