Story –

Achla Sachdev has been married to Manmohan Krishna for several years, and

both have a daughter,  Waheeda Rehman. Achla Sachdev and Waheeda Rehman

suddenly decide to leave India and settle down in a other country, without letting

Manmohan Krishna know. Manmohan Krishna is concerned about them, he hires

Rajendra Kumar, a Spy to trace them and bring them back to India.  Rajendra Kumar

reaches the Communist Country,  which is ruled by a military general who has not

shown his face to anyone.

Rajendra Kumar starts searching Achla Sachdev and Waheeda Rehman.  Waheedda Rehman

works as a Dancer in a Hotel.  Madan Puri played pivotal role in the film. 

Shashikala, Helen and Mehmood too have substancial role in the film.

Shatrang Film was banned in many parts of the country due to sensitive subject.
