Samir and Sachin are brothers. Samir is elder to Sachin. Samir is very quiet by nature. They live with their
widowed mother. Samir works for a Travel Agency in the Tourism Department. He is in charge of the Car
Hire Department. His department caters to five-star hotel clients, a very lucrative job. Sachin works for a
bank, he loves to play tennis.
Samir is in love with Swati and wants to get married to her. Swati is a receptionist in a Computer training
academy. Sachin too liked Swati, as they all used to live in the same colony and grew together. But he is
happy for his brother. Samir and Swati get engaged. Now Swati is a regular visitor at home.
Samir has a habit of going on Morning walks, one day he did not return from the morning walk home.
They all searched for him and complained to the police too but could not find him. Within a month their
mother dies due to the shock. Swati too is devastated.

After Samir’s mother’s demise, Swati stops visiting their house and her office too. One day Swati’s mother
calls Sachin to their house and informs him that Swati should be taken to a doctor, as she is pregnant. She
has to abort her baby. Sachin is shocked to hear this. He speaks to Swati, but Swati is against abortion.
Her mother is worried about her future, so Sachin agrees to marry Swati.
Swati clarifies with Sachin that she will not be able to forget Samir, so she will be his wife for namesake,
there will be nothing physical between them. He should give her some time, however, she will always be
in his debt for accepting her pregnancy condition. Sachin understands her plea and accepts the
relationship on Swati’s terms.
Months pass, and Swati gives birth to a premature baby boy. They call him Samir. The baby is very weak and
regularly falls sick. The Doctor gives the reason for premature delivery and a weak baby due to Swati’s
stressful depressed condition and malnutrition. Sachin is with her in these testing times.

One evening waiting for the Doctor in his clinic for Swati’s checkup, Sachin and Swati are shocked to see a
man coming out of the Consulting Room, he is none other than Samir. A big scar on his cheek and a limped
leg. A much older woman is with him. Samir has also seen Sachin and Swati and a baby in Swati’s lap.
The baby was constantly crying. The Receptionist calls Swati’s name as their turn to meet the Doctor. Sachin
tells Samir to wait for them till they come back and he says yes. But Samir is not there when they come
back to reception after consultation. They ask the Receptionist to help them with Samir’s phone number
and address, but she is unable to give it as sharing any patient’s data is against the doctor’s practice. Sachin
tells her that Samir is his brother and has gone missing for the last few years. Hearing this Receptionist helps
them with his phone number and address.

Sachin and Swati contacted Samir. Samir lives with Bhavna. Bhavna had known Samir since he was working for
a travel agency. In those days she had offered him a job to look after her car hire business. She used to give
her company’s cars on hire to Samir’s travel agency.
Samir tells them that after recovering from the accident, he came to know that Swati is married to Sachin
and is pregnant. He was not willing to disturb their happy life with his limped leg and scarred face. He told
them that the day he went missing, he was attacked by unidentified young goons. They were drunk and
carried broken bottles, they all put him in their car, hit him badly, and threw him in a lonely street far away
from his house. He was spotted by police and admitted to the hospital. The inquiry is still in process, as he was
unconscious for several days after the accident and could not recall their faces. Even the reason for the attack
is unknown to him as well as the police.
Bhavna gave him a job and accommodation. She is a divorcee. Her father used to be a broker for the sale and
purchase of used cars. He taught her daughter the tricks of the trade. He is happy with her. Sachin and Swati found
it pointless to tell him that he is the father of the child.
Back home Swati feels guilty. She requests Sachin to forgive her, as now she has understood that she was ruining
her present by chasing her part. Sachin was waiting for this day. He knew sooner or later he would win Swati’s love.

समीर और सचिन भाई हैं। समीर सचिन से बड़ा है। समीर स्वभाव से काफी शांत है। वे अपनी विधवा माँ के साथ रहते हैं।
समीर पर्यटन विभाग में एक ट्रैवल एजेंसी के लिए काम करता है। वह कार किराया विभाग में हैं। उनका विभाग पाँच
सितारा होटल ग्राहकों को किराए पर कार देता है, जो बहुत ही आकर्षक काम है। सचिन बैंक में काम करता है, उसे टेनिस
खेलना बहुत पसंद है।
समीर स्वाति सेप्यार करता है, और उससे शादी करना चाहता है। स्वाति एक कंप्यूटर प्रशिक्षण अकादमी में रिसेप्शनिस्ट हैं।
सचिन भी स्वाति को बहुत पसंद करता है, वे सभी एक ही कॉलोनी में रहते थे और एक साथ बड़े हुए हैं।लेकिन वह अपने भाई
के लिए खुश है। समीर और स्वाति की सगाई होगई है।अब स्वाति रोज़ उनके घर आती है।
समीर को मॉर्निंग वॉक पर जाने की आदत है, एक दिन वह मॉर्निंग वॉक से वापस घर नहीं लौटता है। सचिन और पुलिस उसे
बहुत ढूँढ़ते हैं, लेकिन वह नहीं मिलता है। एक महीने के भीतर उनकी मां सदमे से मर जाती है।

समीर की माँ के निधन के बाद, स्वाति ने उनके घर और कार्यालय भी आना छोड़दिया है। एक दिन स्वाति की माँ सचिन को
उनके घर बुलाती है और उन्हें सूचित करती है कि स्वाति को डॉक्टर के पास ले जाना चाहिए, क्योंकि वह गर्भवती है। उसे
अपने बच्चे का गर्भपात कराना होगा । यह सुनकर सचिन चौंक जाता है । वह स्वाति से बात करता है, लेकिन स्वाति
गर्भपात के खिलाफ है। उसकी माँ उसके भविष्य को लेकर चिंतित है, इसलिए सचिन स्वाति से शादी करने के लिए सहमत
हो जाता है ।
स्वाति सचिन को स्पष्ट कहती है कि वह समीर को नहीं भुला पाएगी, इसलिए वह नाम मात्र के लिए उसकी पत्नी होगी,
उनके बीच कुछ भी शारीरिक नहीं होगा। उसे कुछ समय चाहिए, हालांकि गर्भवती अवस्था में उसे स्वीकार करने के लिए
वह हमेशा उसकी आभारी रहेगी। सचिन उसकी मजबूरी को समझता है और स्वाति की शर्तों पर रिश्ते को स्वीकार करता है।
महीनों बीत जाते हैं, स्वाति समय से पहले बच्चे को जन्म देती है। वे उसे समीर नाम से बुलाते हैं। बच्चा बहुत कमजोर है
और नियमित रूप से बीमार पड़ता रहता है। डॉक्टर स्वाति की तनावपूर्ण अवसादग्रस्त स्थिति और कुपोषण के कारण
समय से पहले प्रसव और कमजोर बच्चे होने का कारण देते हैं। इन टेस्टिंग टाइम में सचिन उनके साथ हैं।

एक दिन सचिन और स्वाति का सामना समीर से हो जाता है, एक शाम स्वाति के चेकअप के लिए डॉक्टर के क्लिनिक में
एक आदमी को देखकर चौंक जाते हैं, वह कोई और नहीं बल्कि समीर है। उसके गाल पर एक बड़ा निशान और लंगड़ा पैर है।
एक महिला उसके साथ है। समीर ने सचिन और स्वाति और स्वाति की गोद में एक बच्चे को भी देखा है। बच्चा लगातार रो
रहा था। रिसेप्शनिस्ट स्वाति को डॉक्टरके पास जाने को कहती है। सचिन समीर से उनके वापस आने तक उनका इंतज़ार
करने के लिए कहता है और वह हाँ कहता है। लेकिन जबवे वापस रिसेप्शनपर आते हैं तो समीर वहाँ नहीं है। वे रिसेप्शनिस्ट
से समीर का फोन नंबर और पता मांगते हैं, लेकिन वह इसे देने में असमर्थ है, क्योंकि किसी भी मरीज के डेटा को साझा करना
डॉक्टर के रूल केखिलाफ है। सचिन उसे बताता है कि समीर उसका भाई है और पिछले कुछ सालों से लापता है।रिसेप्शनिस्ट
यह सुनकर उनको फोन नंबर और पता देती है।

सचिन और स्वाति समीर से संपर्क करते हैं। समीर भावना के साथ रहता है। भावना तब से समीर को जानती थी जब वह
ट्रैवल एजेंसी के लिए काम कर रहा था। उसने उसे कार किराए पर लेने के व्यवसाय की देखभाल के लिए नौकरी की पेशकश
की थी। वह अपनी कंपनी की कारों को समीर की ट्रैवल एजेंसी को किराए पर देती थी।
समीर उन्हें बताता है कि ठीक होने के बाद, उसे पता चला कि स्वाति सचिन से शादी कर चुकी है और गर्भवती है। वह अपने
लंगड़े पैर और जख्मी चेहरे के साथ उनके खुशहाल जीवन को विचलित करने को तैयार नहीं था। उसने उन्हें बताया कि जिस
दिन वह लापता हुआ था, उस दिन अज्ञात युवा गुंडों द्वारा उस पर हमला किया गया था। वे नशे में थे और टूटी हुई बोतलें ले
आये थे, उन सभी ने उसे अपनी कार में बिठाया, उसे बुरी तरह मारा और उसके घर से बहुत दूर एक सूनी गली में फेंक दिया।
उसे पुलिस ने देखा और अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया। पूछताछ अभी भी जारी है, क्योंकि वह दुर्घटना के बाद कई दिनों तक बेहोश
था और उनके चेहरे को याद नहीं कर सका। यहां तक कि हमले का कारण उसके साथ–साथ पुलिस के लिए भी अज्ञात है।
भावना ने उसे नौकरी और आवास दिया। वह तलाकशुदा है। उसके पिता पुरानी कारों की बिक्री और खरीद के दलाल हुआ करते
थे। उन्होंने अपनी बेटी को व्यापार के गुर सिखाए। वह उसके साथ खुश है। सचिन और स्वाति को उन्हें यह बताना बेतुका लगा
कि वह बच्चे का पिता है।
स्वाति खुद को दोषी मानती है। वह सचिन से उसे माफ करने का अनुरोध करती है, क्योंकि अब वह वास्तव में समझ गई है
कि वह वह समीर को याद करके अपना जीवन बर्बाद कर रही थी। सचिन को इस दिन का इंतजार था। वह जानता था कभी न कभी
वह स्वाति का प्यार जीत जाएगा। एक दुसरे का साथ पाकर वे खुश हैं।
