Dharmendra and Suresh are Brothers, Suresh is Married to Shashikala. Shashikala is a Wealthy father’s daughter and not good natured. Dharmendra’s parents use all their saving building a house, so that all live together and also invest in high education of Dharmendra and Suresh.

Dharmendra is in love with Supriya Chaudhary. Dharmendra get job in a City and leaves his parents with his Brother Suresh and Sister-in-law Shashikala. Due to differences Dharmendra’s parents and forced to leave the house. With many twists and turns, the story ends in a happy note.
